I don't care for software.
I'm a liberal arts person who spent my younger days puttering around in theater and film, education, information science, woodworking, design. I fell into software consulting, as a UX designer and product strategist. Throughout my life, I've enjoyed helping people and telling stories. That's my through-line.
Digital technology is complex and annoying. I like helping make it less so.
My work
2012—now
As a principal product strategist and UX designer formerly at Thoughtworks and currently at Endava, I help organizations define strategy through design thinking and product-centric processes.
I build teams capable of agile software design and development.
I advocate for customers using best practices of experience design.
Most of my work has been with enterprise organizations; I’ve worked in agriculture, aviation, education, energy, finance, grocery, pharma, rail, real estate, retail, telecoms, and more.
